Our fee for an individual psychological treatment session (50 minutes) is $230 AUD. This is payable at the session by credit/debit card or cash payments. Payment by bank transfer is also available; however, payment in advance of the appointment (at least 48 hours) is required. Please feel free to discuss your preferred payment method with us when scheduling your appointment.

You do not need a referral to receive psychological services at YSC Psychology. However, to be eligible for Medicare rebates (for Australian clients), you need a referral from your GP using the mental health treatment plan. In some instances, your psychiatrist can also assist with a referral.

After payment of the full session fee, you can make an online claim from the Medicare website. The corresponding rebate amount is then deposited into your nominated bank account by Medicare, generally within 24 hours. For each 50-minute treatment session at YSC Psychology, you can claim a Medicare rebate of $96.65.

For all other psychological services (such as forensic psychological assessment), please feel free to contact us for an individualised quote.

Cancellation fees – Full fee is charged for appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice or for non-attendance (i.e., not showing up without any notice). 50% of the session fee is charged for appointments cancelled with 24 to 48 hours’ notice.

支付全額會談費用後，您可以從Medicare 網站申請回扣。回扣金額將由Medicare 存入您指定的銀行賬戶，通常在24小時內完成。每次50 分鐘治療會談Medicare 回扣金額為 $96.65 澳元。

取消費用
若在24小時內取消預約或未出席（即未提前通知），將收取全額費用。若在24至48小時內取消預約，將收取50%的會談費用。
